The recently founded Hönnunar-miðstöð (Iceland Design Center) held a logo competition amongst the graphic designers in Iceland.
Just under 170 logos were entered and one finally chosen.

This is a poster showing all the logos entered and how the judges narrowed their selection upwards, until they reached their conclusion, the purple logo on top by Oscar Bjarnason.

The poster was handed out at the revealing of the new logo and the exhibition of all 168 logos, that followed.
