About

This is my one-man, part-time studio, where I take on a few fun projects every now and then. Along side these projects I spend my days at Brandenburg, where I work as an Art Director.

I graduated from the Iceland Academy of the Arts in 2006, holding a degree at the Bachelor of Arts level in Visual Communication. From there I worked at Atelier Atli Hilmarsson for 7 years, until I moved to Brandenburg. Along side all of this I have always done my share of freelance design work. This page represents a small selection of these projects.

My work has been exhibited in various group- and solo-exhibitions, both in Iceland and abroad, as well as been chosen for numerous publications all over the world.

Besides designing, I have been honoured to be a member of design juries, speaker at conferences and other public events. From 2006 to 2013 I was the president of the Association of Graphic Designer in Iceland and a board member at Art Directors Club of Europe. I am a current member of both the Iceland Design Centre board and the Design March Reykjavík board.

If this is not enough and you want to know even more, feel free to contact me.
